Terms & Conditions

Please find below-under the basic and necessary steps to follow before developing any recruitment campaign for our clients: 

A.  Agreement Signature
The Client will receive a full information package where all terms & conditions applicable to a new business relationship will be listed. Once agreed upon these terms, a written Agreement between parties will be signed.

B. Job Enquiries
The Client is required to furnish IMRA Group with all details upon each developed project / openings within this co-operation, as follows:
a. Required Services - where the Client will specify exactly the kind of services they would require IMRA Group to perform: Recruitment & Placement or Staffing / Recruitment & Crew Management services;
b. Project Type (Short Description) - mentioning the name of the final Client is not mandatory. However, there will be a confidentiality clause inserted in the written Agreement, which both parties will adhere to;
c. Location & Facilities / Equipments;
d. Contract Period & Rotation System (if applicable);
e. Payment System & Daily Rate (on/off days & OT rate – if applicable);
f. Hiring Period (with all related terms & conditions);
g. Air Fares & Visas;
h. Accommodation & Meals;
i. Insurances & Medical Cover;
j. Job Description (a detailed JD will guide our consultants in finding the closest match between candidates’ profiles and your requirements / expectations). The Job Description can be conveniently sent separately as a MS Word file directly by e-mail or fax;
k. Additional Information (if any).

C. Job Enquiries’ Fulfillment
Once they receive all above-mentioned information, our consultants will proceed to the preliminary pre-screening and upon completion they will send you the proposed candidates for each specific position. This stage usually takes 2 up to 5 days, but the process can be expedited if there is an immediate dead-line to be met.

D. Interview Scheduling
After the Employer finishes its preliminary short-listing, we will follow-up with each short-listed candidate by establishing an interview appointment at the scheduled interview date, hour & location as agreed upon the Employer and IMRA’s management.

E. Interview Conducting
IMRA Group will oversee all interview arrangements; it will also ensure the arrangements are in agreement with the Client’s requirements and technical demands (i.e. video-projector, conference room, event planning, etc). Our company will also offer on-going assistance during the interview, making sure that all targeted objectives of the interview are reached in due course.

F. Placement Services
Our company will continue the process with all successful candidates. We will proceed with all necessary arrangements regarding their employment, such as: Employment Contract signing, visas obtaining, air travel booking, medical coverage, insurances and many others according to our client’s instructions.
